What Happens When I Cash Out My Cloud Credits

When you cash-out your Cloud Credits, you will receive an email receipt for your transaction. Within 24 to 48 hours, your SPADES Tokens will be delivered to the SPADES wallet address you have provided to us. Please make sure your wallet address is correct, if SPADES Tokens are sent to an incorrect address, there is no way for us to retrieve them for you.

Currently, we are manually checking all cash-out requests to make sure a proper wallet address has been used, this is why it will take a day or two to process your request. In the future, the process will be automated in real-time, and almost instantaneous. This is one reason it is critical you double-check the wallet address you provide to us for receipt of your Tokens.
